Emergency Help

Pop In is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger or require emergency assistance, contact local emergency services.

Safety Reports

If another user makes you uncomfortable or violates the app rules, open their friend card in Friends and choose Report Concern or Block User. Reports are stored in an internal support queue and reviewed manually.

Reports are reviewed in good faith, but we cannot guarantee a specific response time or that every report will result in action.

  • Harassment, threats, stalking, hate, abuse, or other safety concerns.
  • Impersonation, deceptive identities, fraud, scams, or account abuse.
  • Pressure to share a private address, pressure to meet in person, showing up uninvited, or misuse of location information.
  • Copyright violations or other rights concerns.
  • Illegal content, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexually exploitative content, suspected minor-safety issues, or other Terms violations.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account in the iOS app from Profile. Account deletion removes or anonymizes your account identity, profile data, profile photo access where possible, saved host locations, active friendships/requests where safe, device tokens, and local cached app data.

Privacy And Terms

If you are in the UK or EEA and want to make a privacy request, use the support email button and tell us whether you are requesting access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, or objection.
